Warner Roofing was started by Steve Warner over 20 years ago. With over 33 years experience installing Duro-Last Commercial roofs and Residential shingle roofs. Steve has built a team of master craftsmen, he is personally involved in every install to ensure that every roof meets our quality standards.

We are passionate about small businesses and understand the impact a new roof can have on your business. We are in business to make a living – not take advantage of people.

When not working in the Midwest we donate our time to mission-based construction projects in Mexico, Haiti, and Costa Rica.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Duro-Last has the best warranty in the industry that spans 20 years and is transferable. Most important – there is no exclusion for standing water.

Do You Offer Free Estimates?

Absolutely, give us a call and we will come by to physically get on your roof and provide you a quote.

What Is Your Process?

It all starts with the estimate phase. We extract a core sample from your roof to determine if it is wet and needs to be replaced. We learn more about your needs and then give you a detailed estimate. Because the materials are custom they typically take up to a week to arrive. We then place you on our schedule to complete the work.

How Soon Can You Work On Our Project?

We are currently booked 2-3 months in advance. If you have an emergency situation typically we can make things move faster to help out.

Do You Do Residential?

Although we specialize in flat roofs – residential roofs make up 30% of our business. We have a dedicated team for these projects.
